The easiest way to vandalise high rise tower blocks without spending a great deal of money is to operate rooftop cranes and window cleaning baskets. You’ll find that most industry standard keys will aid in turning on the machine to start. Check all emergency stop buttons, depress them if necessary. Remove all straps, and then find the controls, they’re all relatively straight forward – If you’ve stolen/operated a number of cherry pickers, the controls will be easy for you to operate. Ensure the entire machine is functioning correctly, after all, they aren’t in operation ever day, test the crane over the roof area before descending down the side of the building.
The window baskets are perfect, they can approximately support around 200kgs, holding either two light people, or 1 person and a metric fucktonne of paint.
